Taqueria-Style Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 2 large ripe avocados, halved, pitted, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • Kosher salt, to taste

Preparation:

Mash avocado, lime juice, and a pinch of Kosher salt in a mortor and peatle or a medium bowl with a fork until thick and smooth.

Mix in ¼ cup of water, 1 tablespoon full at a time until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

Stir in cilantro then season with Kosher salt, to taste.
