Pico de Gallo
Pico de Gallo

Ingredients:
- 2 cups tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1/2 medium white onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon jalapeño, seeded, veins removed, and minced
- Kosher salt, to taste
Preparation:
In medium bowl, add tomatoes, Onion, cilantro, and jalapeño. Season with salt and stir to combine.
