Avocado Toast with Goat Cheese

Yields: 2 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices crusty bread
  • 1/2 a ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • Extra virgin garlic olive oil
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Black lava sea salt

Preparation:

Toast bread until light golden brown and crispy. Smash avocado with a fork and divide among bread slices.

Top with crumbled goat cheese. Drizzle with garlic olive oil, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes and black lava sea salt to taste.
